Valve Diaphragm |

This axi-symmetric model consists of a
Plug Bottom which is bolted to the Plug Top, thereby compressing the
two o-rings and the diaphragm with the two rigid contact surfaces. |

An annular packer is used in the oil

The deformation changes the volume
